Pot Luck Supper and Summer Activity Review

We will kick off our 2018-19 season with a pot luck supper and review of summer activities.
Please bring a dish and the details of your summer musical adventures.

Seasons of the Liturgical Year
Sunday, October 21, 2018, 5:00pm at First Baptist Church
We will present a service of music from four of the liturgical seasons - Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, and Easter.
Music from the Christmas season will be presented by St. Luke United Methodist Church.
The music of Epiphany will be presented by St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
Trinity Episcopal Church will present music from the season of Lent,
and First Baptist will present music from Easter.
The service will proceed is as follows:
***20 minutes before the service starts*** - Pre-service selections played by chapter organists.

Each Liturgical Season will be presented as follows:
  Seasonal Prelude by the organist from the participating church
  Seasonal Scripture
  Seasonal Prayer
  Seasonal Anthem by the choir from the participating church
  Seasonal Congregational Hymn
The program will end with singing of the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah en masse by all of the choirs and the congregation.

Epiphany Party

Our yearly jaunt to the Bernard’s for food, fun, and an Epiphany sing-a-long is always great fun.
